Users of Nokia's 6120 Classic handset report that when used for more than five minutes the handset gets so hot that calls must be terminated or the user must switch the handset from ear to ear to dissipate the heat. Environmental consultant Tim Phillips purchased his Nokia 6120 Classic from Telstra as part of a 24-month plan, but mere minutes into his first conversation, he noticed the earpiece would quickly rise in temperature.
